MARKETNG EXECUTIVE

This is a full-time on-site role based in Kolkata for an Area Sales Manager at KMN AGROBEST MACHINERY PRIVATE LIMITED. The Area Sales Manager will be tasked with overseeing sales operations in a designated territory, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building strong relationships with clients. The role also involves identifying opportunities for business growth, preparing sales reports, analyzing market trends, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Qualifications Sales and negotiation skills, with a strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets Team leadership and team management skills to effectively guide and motivate sales teams Market research and analytical skills to interpret market trends and customer needs Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships Ability to create strategic sales plans and execute them effectively to drive regional sales growth Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is an asset Experience in the agricultural machinery industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferable

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,608.50 per month
