MARKETNG EXECUTIVE

• Lead Generation & Business Development
• Identify potential customers through campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Generate qualified leads and hand them over to sales for conversion.
• Maintain database of leads and follow up regularly.
• Brand Promotion & Awareness
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline).
• Increase brand visibility through social media, events, exhibitions, and partnerships.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead.
• Digital Marketing
• Manage company’s social media handles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, etc.).
• Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) within approved budget.
• Track website traffic, SEO ranking, and campaign performance.
• Content & Communication
• Create engaging content (posts, flyers, mailers, presentations).
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels.
• Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for marketing materials.
• Event & Campaign Management
• Organize marketing events, seminars, roadshows, and product launches.
• Manage logistics, promotional material, and follow-up for leads generated during events.
• Market Research & Strategy
• Conduct surveys and collect customer feedback.
• Research market trends, competitor strategies, and new opportunities.
• Support in developing quarterly/annual marketing strategies.
• Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports (leads, campaign ROI, engagement, etc.).
• Measure KPIs like lead conversion, brand reach, and campaign performance.
• Suggest improvements for better marketing results.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Hajipur, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Promotional Marketing: 5 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
