Marketing Telecaller

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Marketing Telecaller (Female) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries over the phone, providing information about our real estate projects, and effectively connecting potential clients with our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and proven experience in real estate tele-calling. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally. Understand and address customer queries related to real estate projects. Provide clear and concise information about the project when needed. Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of calls and customer interactions. Conduct follow-ups with potential customers to nurture interest and drive engagement. Engage with online leads and promptly respond to inquiries or expressions of interest. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align communication strategies. Requirements: Graduate in any discipline. Minimum 5 years of experience in tele-calling, with at least 3 years in the real estate sector. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage and maintain large volumes of customer data and follow-up activities. Proficient in using CRM tools and basic office software.
