About The Role : Job Title:Marketing Support Analyst Corporate Title:NCT Location:Pune, India Role Description Marketing is responsible for developing internal and external communications to support business strategy and go-to-market initiatives. Marketing translates technical & product positioning into key market messaging that supports the brand and is compliant with regulatory requirements. Work includes: Coordinating client contact points to ensure consistent messaging to clients Defining targeted client segments and associated messaging Managing marketing infrastructure and content creation Creating or coordinating the production and distribution of advertising and promotional materials Identifying and executing key launch strategies and marketing plans ensuring messaging is consistent with brand marketing Monitoring and reporting of marketing performance against defined metrics What we'll offer you As part of our flexible scheme, here are just some of the benefits that youll enjoy, Best in class leave policy. This includes client presentations and general marketing to this specific client set. Support business stakeholders and ensure alignment with local regulatory, compliance and legal requirements This role will require flexibility to meet evolving business needs in a fast-paced environment. Your skills and experience 1-2 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, sales support, and/or administrative services within a financial services environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for marketing and improving the client experience, with a proven track record of supporting strategic priorities and delivering results. Ability to navigate areas that may not be clearly defined and work independently to address and take a hands-on approach to ensure that projects stay on track. Strong organizational skills and ability to managing multiple tasks in the course of a given day. Strong communication skills are a must as well as ability to work well in teams across the globe. Collaborative, passionate, detail-oriented, and flexible to adapt to changing needs and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proactively looking for ways to identify actionable insights and improve existing processes to drive efficiencies; and willingness to ask questions that can drive positive change Effective communicator and responds well to constructive feedback Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar fields; Familiarity with Bloomberg workstation a plus.
