Marketing Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to contribute to our overall marketing efforts. You will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing plans aimed at achieving various targets, ranging from brand awareness to product promotion. Your responsibilities will include brainstorming and creating ideas for innovative marketing campaigns, assisting in both outbound and inbound marketing activities, developing marketing collateral, managing social media and website content, coordinating with external vendors for events and campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent brand awareness and marketing strategies. You will also be involved in conducting market research, planning and executing initiatives through various channels, and analyzing marketing data to shape future strategies. To qualify for this role, you should have experience with product launches and integrated marketing campaigns, possess excellent written, communication, and presentation skills, be familiar with social media platforms and content management systems, have a working knowledge of market research, surveys, and data analytics tools, be proficient in Microsoft Office and Wordpress, and have experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (MBA preferred) and have at least 2 years of relevant experience. Some travel may be required as part of the role.
