Marketing Specialist / Manager

Role Overview: As a Marketing Specialist/Manager at Gnostice, your role will involve building near- and long-term marketing strategies that align with the company's vision and business approach. You will work closely with the graphic designer/communication designer and R&D team to develop marketing content for various campaigns, social media platforms, and the company website. Additionally, you will collaborate with all departments to design, curate, and implement customer engagement and communication initiatives. Your responsibility will also include managing the sales team to provide support and enhance lead conversion rates. Furthermore, you will be required to present a detailed monthly report to the team on sales and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop near- and long-term marketing strategies that are in sync with the company's vision and business model. - Collaborate with the graphic designer/communication designer and R&D team to create marketing content for campaigns, social media, and the website. - Engage with all departments to design, curate, and execute customer communication and engagement activities. - Lead and manage the sales team to enhance sales support and increase lead conversion rates. - Provide a comprehensive monthly report to the team outlining sales and marketing activities. Qualifications Required: - Willingness to understand and align with Gnostice's business values of product quality, customer support, honesty, and transparency. - Proficiency in marketing research, data analysis, decision-making, marketing planning, and presentation skills. - Familiarity with software technologies and concepts. - Previous experience in sales/marketing within the software/technology industry. - While not mandatory, a background in computer science or other technical field is highly desirable for this role.,
