Job Description

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Develop quarterly marketing campaign calendars with date-wise planning.
  • Execute a defined number of campaigns per quarter, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate on pre-campaign activities including content creation, artwork design, copywriting, and execution.
  • Prepare briefing documents and campaign reports (KPIs) for design agencies.
  • Track campaign performance against agreed KPIs and optimise based on insights.

2. Content Development & Management

  • Create and proofread marketing content across formats:
    • Articles, distributor emailers, organic posts, marcomm announcements, AID Connects, internal news articles.
    • Brochures, pricelists, and branding materials.
    • Creation of marcomm leaflets - content co-ordination
  • Maintain a repository of content pieces and ensure timely updates. (online & offline)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for marcom material and product samples.

3. Market Research & Insights

  • Coordinate and conduct market research activities including feedback forms, customer satisfaction surveys, and online research for the Seals business.
  • Generate actionable insights through structured reports and analysis.

4. Digital Presence & Asset Management

  • Drive visibility for the Seals business across platforms like Spider, Viava, and the company website.
  • Grow social media followers and engagement.
  • Reuse and repurpose digital assets to maximise reach and efficiency.

5. Budget & Process Management

  • Ensure adherence to allocated budgets and monitor cost-effectiveness of marketing activities.
  • Manage PR/PO processes and vendor coordination.

6. Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Support internal and external marketing events including exhibitions, tech-days, and seminars.
  • Lead and manage employee events (Townhalls, Kickoffs , reviews etc)
  • Independently lead distributor branding activities.
  • Independently handle AID's marcomm requirements
  • Facilitate stakeholder interactions via emails, calls, and social media.
  • Conduct and conclude internal surveys to gather feedback and improve engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Number of campaigns executed per quarter.
  • Volume and quality of content pieces produced.
  • Campaign performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion).
  • Number of market research reports generated.
  • Growth in digital presence and social media followers.
  • Budget adherence and cost savings.
  • Stakeholder interaction count and feedback scores.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's/ Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing campaign management and content development.

  • Strong project management and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PPT, excel, word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication. (in English, Hindi)
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
