As a Cloud & Security Services Marketing Specialist at NTT DATA, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing various aspects of marketing execution and programming for the Cloud & Security Services portfolio. Your role will involve contributing to the development of cross-portfolio messaging, providing program management oversight for campaigns, and supporting internal and external communications. Your focus will be on project management, including project plan development, internal process oversight, reporting, and budget management. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate and contribute to the development, execution, and reporting of cross-portfolio initiatives for NTT DATA's Cloud and Security Services Portfolio. - Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing activities aligned with business objectives. - Develop and maintain the marketing activity calendar to ensure internal and external milestones are met. - Create project plans for various programs, supporting their successful execution. - Assist in tracking, measuring, and reporting the success of marketing activities to stakeholders. - Develop executive-level summaries and presentations for stakeholders. - Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to create powerful marketing content. - Update the budget in coordination with the finance team, marketing team, agencies, and other groups within NTT DATA. **Knowledge and Attributes:** - Seasoned knowledge of industry standards and best practices for B2B technology services marketing. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders. - Strong marketing writing skills and creative flair. - Proficiency in PowerPoint for executive-level summaries. - Effective project management skills to handle multiple projects within deadlines. - Experience in managing budgets and tracking partner funding. - Ability to interact with internal team members at different levels and articulate the company's value proposition. **Academic Qualifications and Certifications:** - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or related field. **Required Experience:** - Professional experience in B2B marketing with a background in content development, program management, and budget oversight. **Additional Career Level Description:** - Seasoned professional with complete knowledge and understanding of the specialization area. - Skilled in problem-solving and adapting approaches to resolve issues. - Enhances relationships with internal and external partners, advising on difficult matters. - Impacts short to medium-term goals through personal effort and influence over team members. - Accountable for own targets with independent work reviewed at critical points.
