Description
As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency, and creating engaging content to drive growth for the company. You will play a crucial role in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment, turning ideas into tangible results. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, build, and optimize email marketing workflows and drip campaigns using HubSpot to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement. - Collaborate with the sales team to customize content for various lifecycle stages such as MQLs, SQLs, and Opportunities. - Craft clear, concise, and compelling copy for social media, blogs, email campaigns, landing pages, and paid advertisements. - Assist in developing sales collateral like brochures, one-pagers, case studies, and presentations tailored to buyer personas. - Coordinate and manage webinars, video interviews, and virtual events, handling logistics, promotion, and post-event follow-up. - Assist in launching integrated campaigns in coordination with the growth and product marketing teams. - Utilize SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, and Surfer SEO to optimize on-page content, conduct keyword research, and monitor performance. - Manage partnerships with guest blogs and identify syndication opportunities with industry publishers. - Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing content for campaigns, ads, and sales materials while maintaining brand voice and aesthetics. - Monitor the performance of digital campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social analytics dashboards. - Provide regular insights and optimization recommendations to enhance reach, engagement, and lead quality. - Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to gather insights and tailor messaging to support campaign objectives and company goals. Qualifications: - Possess 3+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, content creation, or campaign execution. - Demonstrated proficiency in written English and storytelling for technical or SaaS products. - Experience using marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot), CMS tools like WordPress, and webinar platforms such as Zoom and Livestorm. - Familiarity with SEO tools and social media scheduling platforms like Buffer, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social. - Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. - Bonus: Prior experience working in a startup or fast-growth B2B SaaS company.,
