Your responsibilities will include utilizing marketing automation tools to execute and optimize campaigns, managing diverse events, collaborating with content vendors, supporting various marketing tasks, designing promotional campaigns for new product launches, optimizing website and digital assets, serving as a cultural ambassador for our marketing team globally, and staying informed about industry trends and best practices in SaaS marketing. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree or higher education level in Marketing or a related field, a minimum of 4 years of experience in field marketing operations, expertise in planning and organizing physical and virtual events, practical knowledge in building and managing demand generation campaigns, proficiency in Marketo and Salesforce, self-motivation, a growth mindset, strong communication skills in Hindi and English, willingness to learn and collaborate, and openness to a hybrid work schedule.
