Meltwater is seeking a Project Manager to establish and guide our new Automations team in our Hyderabad ofce We are looking for a leader who excels in project management, task prioritization, working cross functionally while embodying the values of collaboration, open-mindedness, and a proactive approach to problem-solving As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in managing projects, working with developers and prioritizing tasks to ensure successful and timely delivery Your leadership will be crucial in driving the team towards achieving our goals. What You'll Do: Work with a high-performing cross-functional team to deliver impactful and scalable software solutions. Collaborate closely with Engineering, QA, Data teams to ensure our Automation initiatives align with end user needs, business priorities and goals Enforce a data driven culture, rapid iteration powered by AI Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged in ongoing projects and future developments. Define quarterly project milestones on which you will execute together with the engineering team Leadership & Collaboration Proven experience working with engineering teams as a project or product manager Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum with tools like Jira and Confluence. Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams: Engineering, Design, QA, and DevOps. Ability to translate business requirements into scalable engineering solutions. Strong documentation and communication skills. What You'll Bring: Bachelors degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Product Management, Project Management, Business, or equivalent practical experience; advanced degree a plus. 5+ years of experience in project or product management Proven ability to define and drive strategic initiatives that create business efficiency Experience working with product usage analytics and platform metrics to assess and improve product success and to address gaps Experience prototyping and using tools like Figma, Miro Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships and align cross-functional teams around shared goals. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to dive deep into data, draw insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
