Marketing & Social Media Executive (with Design Skills)

We are seeking a creative and versatile Marketing & Social Media Executive who can manage our digital presence while also producing high-quality designs for campaigns. This role requires a mix of social media management, content creation, and design skills to support our marketing efforts and engage with global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories, ads).
• Design marketing materials such as social media graphics, website banners, and promotional creatives.
• Monitor analytics and performance to optimize campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing online/offline marketing campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and design styles.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management and digital marketing.
• Strong design background with proficiency in tools like Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar.
• Good English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Ability to create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok edits).
• Knowledge of social media analytics, SEO basics, and paid ad campaigns.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with email marketing tools (Drip, GoHighLevel, etc.).
• Knowledge of motion graphics, GIFs, or video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
• Prior experience in startup, health, or creative industries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
