Job Description

The Marketing Senior Specialist Advisor is a highly skilled and advanced portfolio marketer responsible for marketing Applications and Business Process Services to the external marketplace in North America, collaborating with regional marketing and sales teams. You will work with cross-functional teams to develop compelling messaging, content, and campaigns that showcase the value of company services in the assigned markets. Your role involves ensuring that regional Sales and Go-To-Market functions are well-informed, trained, and equipped to effectively sell the services. Responsibilities: - Develop specific marketing plans and activities for services to establish, enhance, or differentiate NTT DATA capabilities in the competitive arena. - Collaborate to create thought leadership content and point of view papers supporting the positioning of products/services in the market. - Contribute to the development and execution of a value proposition and messaging strategy for products/services in Applications and Business Process Services. - Articulate value propositions to clients and internal stakeholders, analyze the competitive landscape, and identify competitive differentiation. - Collaborate with regional marketing teams to drive market positioning programs and activities related to products. - Create regionally relevant client marketing/reference content and product presentation material. - Work with internal teams to define communication, training, and collateral needed to support sales efforts. - Define content for client collateral, sales tools, marketing programs, and sales plays. - Influence the development of go-to-market programs, initiatives, and campaigns for product awareness and demand. - Track and monitor program success using relevant metrics and conduct competitive reviews. Skills Required: - Advanced leadership collaboration and engagement skills. - Excellent business and commercial acumen. - Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and mentoring skills. - Excellent marketing writing skills with a creative flair. - Strategic thinking ability and implementation of sustainable solutions. - Advanced ability to present information clearly and concisely. - Expert analytical ability with attention to detail. - Significant knowledge of product marketing methodologies, best practices, and tactics. - Understanding of relevant industry standards. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects within deadlines. - Familiarity with web analytics data. Preferred skills and experience: - Post Graduate degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Advertising, or English. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or relevant field. - Minimum of 12+ years business/portfolio marketing experience in a top-tier IT services firm. - Experience in product marketing targeting large enterprises in North America. - Experience in launching new high-tech products and communicating benefits. - Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and executing marketing strategies. - Project management experience. - Experience in software or technology B2B product marketing. - Experience in launching new technology products or solutions. - Experience in conducting market analysis, developing market messaging, and communicating benefits.,
