Location: Hindupur (with travel across Andhra Pradesh & Karnataka)

Compensation: ₹40,000/month (Fixed) + ₹50,000 incentive per successful villa sale

About Prana:

Prana is a premium senior living project located in Hindupur, designed with cultural sensitivity and comfort. It features 45 thoughtfully planned 1BHK villas spread across 3 acres, offering a peaceful and secure environment with amenities like a clubhouse, community dining, landscaped gardens, and a serene temple space.

We are hiring a dedicated, trustworthy, and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Manager to lead our customer outreach and villa bookings.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Conversion

Pitch Prana’s offerings to senior citizens and their families.

Convert leads into site visits and visits into bookings.

Guide families through the complete booking and documentation process.

Marketing Execution

Distribute brochures and manage outreach campaigns in Andhra and Karnataka.

Establish partnerships with real estate agencies, social communities, and retirement-focused networks.

Represent Prana at relevant expos, health camps, and community gatherings.

Lead Management

Follow up with leads from digital/physical campaigns.

Maintain a structured database and communication trail.

Negotiation & Trust Building

Handle pricing conversations confidently and transparently.

Act as a trusted advisor to families making one of their most emotional purchases.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

MBA with 2-4+ years of real estate sales/marketing experience, preferably in plotted development or residential homes.

Strong negotiation and communication skills in Telugu, Kannada, and English.

Must be honest, sincere, and genuinely interested in serving senior citizens.

Comfortable with fieldwork and local travel.

Familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and basic CRM tools is a plus.
