Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of sales, build communication skills, and gain real-world experience working directly with clients and sales professionals.

The Sales Intern will support the sales team in prospecting, customer outreach, lead management, and developing sales materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in identifying and researching potential clients and markets.
  • Support the sales team in generating and qualifying leads.
  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups with prospective customers.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate data.
  • Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Participate in client meetings, product demos, and sales discussions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Contribute to achieving monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes is a plus (not mandatory).
  • Good research, organizational, and time-management abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on challenges.
