Marketing & Sales Head -Female(Real Estate only)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Sales & Marketing Head to lead our real estate sales operations and marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening brand presence, and managing end-to-end sales and digital marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for real estate projects
• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, social media, portals)
• Oversee branding, promotions, site events, and lead-generation activities
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Coordinate with channel partners, brokers, and agencies
• Track leads, conversions, ROI, and prepare MIS reports for management
• Work closely with senior management on business expansion and positioning

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in Digital Marketing (performance marketing, lead generation, analytics)
• Proven experience in Real Estate Sales & Marketing
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
• Strategic thinking with hands-on execution ability
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and sales funnels

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• 8–15 years of relevant experience (real estate background preferred)
• Experience in handling residential/commercial projects will be an advantage

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
