Marketing & Sales Executive – Solar Power Solutions

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result driven Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and sell solar power solutions, including rooftop solar systems, industrial/commercial solar plants, and related energy-saving products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, technical understanding, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through field visits, calls, networking, and digital platforms.
  • Conduct site visits, understand customer requirements, and present suitable solar solutions.
  • Promote rooftop solar systems (residential, commercial, industrial).
  • Explain product features, benefits, government subsidies, and ROI to customers.
  • Create and submit proposals, quotations, and project reports.
  • Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed orders.
  • Build strong relationships with channel partners, builders, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical/engineering team for surveys and installation schedules.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional activities.

Required Skills:

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of solar power systems (training can be provided).
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
  • Lead generation and business development skills.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office, Email, CRM).
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented approach.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma / Graduate (Engineering or Marketing background preferred).
  • Experience: 0–3 years in solar sales, electrical sales, or field marketing (freshers can apply).
  • Additional Requirement: Two-wheeler and driving license

Work Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
  • Incentives: Attractive commission & performance bonuses
  • Location: Bhopal
  • Working Days: Monday–Saturday
