Position: Marketing Manager – Solar Rooftop Projects & Marketing Manager – Solar MW Projects
Experience: Minimum 2 years in Marketing / Sales (B2C segment preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads and manage client relationships for rooftop solar installations (residential & commercial) and solar MW Projects.
• Visit potential customers, understand their energy needs, and offer suitable solar solutions.
• Coordinate with the technical and project team for site visits and proposals.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Represent the company in exhibitions, housing societies, and customer awareness programs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in field marketing or direct sales (preferably in Solar / Renewable / Electrical / Consumer Durable industry).
• Must have B2C sales experience.
• Should own a two-wheeler and have willingness to travel extensively within Bhopal and nearby areas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Energetic, result-oriented, and self-motivated.

Education:
Graduate / Diploma in any field

Salary: Commensurate with experience + attractive incentives on performance.

Office Location:
E-82, Phase II, Satlapur Industrial Area, Mandideep, Bhopal(Reporting Office – Bawaria Kalan, Bhopal)
