MARKETING SALES EXECUTIVE

As a Marketing & Sales Executive in the air conditioning retail and service sector, your role will involve promoting, marketing, and selling a range of air conditioning products and related services. Your primary focus will be on building strong customer relationships and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Promote and sell air conditioning units, spare parts, and related services to individual and corporate customers. - Handle walk-in customers, providing information on product features, benefits, and pricing. - Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field visits, networking, and cold calling. - Prepare and present quotations to clients and negotiate sales deals to meet monthly targets. - Maintain regular follow-up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Coordinate with the installation and service team for timely delivery and setup. - Record sales, inquiries, and customer feedback. - Assist in planning and executing local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events. - Stay updated on competitor products, prices, and market trends. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the air conditioning industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to work in a target-driven environment. - Knowledge of air conditioning products and services is an advantage.
