We are currently seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to become a valuable member of our team in the air conditioning retail and service industry. As the Marketing & Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will involve promoting, marketing, and selling our diverse range of air conditioning products and associated services. In addition, you will be tasked with fostering strong relationships with customers and meeting designated sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include promoting and selling air conditioning units, spare parts, and services to both individual customers and businesses. You will engage with walk-in customers, providing detailed explanations of product features, benefits, and pricing. Furthermore, you will actively seek out new business opportunities, generate leads through various methods such as field visits, networking, and cold calling, and subsequently prepare and deliver quotations to clients. Negotiation skills will be essential as you strive to close sales deals successfully, ensuring that monthly sales targets are met. It will also be crucial for you to maintain regular follow-up with clients to guarantee their satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Collaboration with the installation and service team will be necessary to ensure timely delivery and setup for customers. Furthermore, your duties will involve maintaining accurate records of sales, inquiries, and customer feedback. You will support in the planning and execution of local marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and promotional events. Staying informed about competitor products, prices, and market trends will be essential to your success in this role.
