Urgently Required: Marketing & Sales Executive
Location: PuneQualification : B. Com or BBA or MBA in Marketing or BE or Diploma Mechanical / Chemical / CivilPreferred Candidate: Male with own 2 wheeler & valid permanent license.Experience : 2 - 5 Years experience in Sales of Water Treatment Plants like RO's Softener's, DM Plants/Sewage Treatment Plants/Effluent Treatment Plants /Garbage Chutes Systems /Organic Waste Composters / Fire Fighting Systems or allied building materials like lifts, hoists, tiles etc

Job Description:
1. Build contacts with potential clients to create new business opportunities2. Keep prospective client database updated3. Visit to Architects, MEP Consultants, Builders, Project Management Consultants & sites for new business leads4. Support in writing new business proposals.5. Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.6. Arrange meetings for senior management with prospective clients.7. Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers, submission of proposals.8. Follow Ups for the submitted offers9. Attend Technical & Commercial Meetings for closing the order10. Intra office communication & co ordination for executing the order in time.11. Any other activity required to generate sales.

1. Must possess strong customer service skills2. Excellent written and verbal communication3. Must have good negotiation skills4. Must have strong presentation skills5. Must have excellent interpersonal skills6. Must be detail oriented and an active listener7. Ability to work under pressure 8. Should be proficient in MS Word, Excel & Powerpoint.
