We are seeking a proactive, energetic, and relationship‑driven Marketing & Sales Executive to lead outreach, onboard event hosts, and run high‑impact marketing campaigns across social media. This role blends digital marketing, field sales, and partnership development. You will be the face of Ticketooo—educating hosts, building trust, and helping them succeed on our platform.

## *Key Responsibilities*
### *Sales & Host Acquisition*
- Identify, approach, and onboard event hosts including cultural organizations, clubs, pubs, restaurants, entertainment venues, and community groups.
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, social media, and in‑person meetings.
- Schedule and lead demos, walkthroughs, and onboarding sessions for event organizers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with event managers, venue owners, and promoters.
- Develop partnerships with clubs, pubs, bars, and entertainment venues to make Ticketooo their preferred ticketing platform.
- Track leads, conversions, and host engagement using CRM tools.
### *Marketing & Campaign Management*
- Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other social platforms.
- Develop engaging content (posts, reels, stories, shorts, ads) to promote Ticketooo and highlight partner events.
- Run paid ad campaigns to increase brand visibility and host acquisition.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize for reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the design team to create promotional materials, flyers, and digital assets.
### *Community & Brand Building*
- Represent Ticketooo at local events, meetups, cultural gatherings, and networking opportunities.
- Build relationships with influencers, community leaders, and event promoters.
- Gather feedback from hosts and audiences to improve the platform and user experience.
- Support event hosts with marketing strategies to help them sell more tickets.

## *Qualifications*
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, event management, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience running social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok preferred).
- Ability to build relationships and close deals with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable with field visits, in‑person meetings, and community engagement.
- Self‑driven, organized, and able to work independently.
- Passion for events, entertainment, nightlife, and community engagement.
