Marketing & Sales Executive

About the Role:

We at Azora Jewellery are looking for a creative and well-spoken female candidate to join our team. Since our brand caters to children and families, the role involves regular interaction with moms and kids — so warmth, patience, and great communication skills are essential.This is a dynamic role that requires someone who can take initiative, think on their feet, and ensure that everything runs smoothly — especially during busy exhibition seasons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all exhibition-related tasks including stall bookings, coordination with organisers, follow-ups, and on-site sales support.
• Assist with pre-exhibition preparations such as inventory checks, packing, and logistics.
• Support with set-up and pack-down at exhibitions.
• Manage communication with manufacturers and suppliers.
• Coordinate photo shoots: booking studios, scheduling, and handling logistics.
• Create and update basic catalogues, assist with invoicing, and maintain records.
• Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms.

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in social media management, Canva, and Photoshop.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Highly organised, dependable, and punctual.
• Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
• Friendly and approachable personality, especially comfortable interacting with moms and children.
• Comfortable with flexible hours (part-time most of the year, full-time availability required before and during exhibitions).
• Prior experience in marketing, branding, or content creation is a plus.

• Part-time role with flexible hours.
• Must be available full-time during exhibition periods.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹750.00 - ₹1,000.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 25 per week
