Key Responsibilities: Handle all exhibition-related tasks including stall bookings, coordination with organisers, follow-ups, and on-site sales support. Assist with pre-exhibition preparations such as inventory checks, packing, and logistics. Support with set-up and pack-down at exhibitions. Manage communication with manufacturers and suppliers. Coordinate photo shoots: booking studios, scheduling, and handling logistics. Create and update basic catalogues, assist with invoicing, and maintain records. Manage basic Instagram tasks such as posting, uploading stories, and assisting with content organisation. Requirements: Fluent in English (written and spoken). Strong communication and coordination skills. Quick thinker with the ability to handle situations calmly and efficiently. Highly organised, dependable, and punctual. Honest, trustworthy, and able to work independently. Comfortable with flexible hours (part-time most of the year, full-time availability required before and during exhibitions). Basic knowledge of Instagram and social media posting. Additional Details: Part-time role with flexible hours. Must be available full-time during exhibition periods.
