Marketing & Sales Executive

A Sales and Marketing Executive develops and implements sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth, which includes tasks like market research, creating marketing campaigns, lead generation, and closing deals. The role involves a mix of sales and marketing activities, such as managing client relationships, analyzing sales data, negotiating with customers, promoting products, and maintaining brand awareness. Core responsibilities

• Strategy and planning: Design and execute sales and marketing strategies, and prepare budgets.
• Market analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, understand competitors, and analyze market trends.
• Lead generation and sales: Identify, target, and engage potential customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and meetings.
• Campaign management: Develop and oversee marketing campaigns, create marketing materials, and enhance brand visibility.
• Client relations: Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, handle inquiries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Data management: Track sales data, update CRM systems, and generate reports on sales performance and trends.
• Collaboration: Work with other departments, such as creative and product teams, to ensure alignment and achieve sales targets.
