Marketing Research Analyst (MRA) - DOMESTIC

As an individual with an M.Sc / M.Com / MBA in Marketing and 1-3 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Takes care of delegated direct, tele and web-based marketing for domestic clients. - Builds and maintains good relationships with various stakeholders such as authors, reviewers, editors, subscribers, and booksellers. - Co-operates and co-ordinates with Publication Research Executives and Publication Coordinators to strategize on marketing plans. - Co-ordinates with institutional and corporate clients, including vendors (domestic and overseas), subscribers of journals, and buyers of books, reports, etc. Manages the relevant databases effectively. - Organizes and maintains the production of publicity and marketing materials like brochures, flyers, and posters, ensuring their effective distribution. - Analyzes monthly and yearly sales figures to identify stock fluctuations and highlight any problem areas. - Conducts market research, enhances brand awareness, conducts customer surveys, and analyzes customer demands. - Provides customer service, sales support, and marketing support. - Willingness to undertake any other duties as assigned by the Director.
