As a Marketing Procurement Executive, you will be responsible for strengthening the marketing procurement operations by managing end-to-end vendor processes. This includes quotations, contracting, agreements, and vendor management to ensure seamless execution of launch events, retail activations, and in-store engagement programs. Your proactive and go-getter attitude will be crucial in thriving in a fast-paced environment and delivering results under tight timelines. Key Responsibilities: - Drive vendor management processes such as quotations, negotiations, contracting, and agreements. - Manage vendor onboarding, compliance, and documentation requirements. - Support procurement activities for launch events, retail campaigns, and in-store promoter programs. - Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, and vendors for cost alignment and timely approvals. - Prepare and maintain cost sheets, comparative statements, contracts, and BPM documentation. - Track deliverables and ensure timely project closures with accuracy and efficiency. Desired Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline. - 4-7 years of experience in marketing procurement, vendor management, events, or activations (preferred). - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and documentation processes. - Strong negotiation, communication, and coordination skills. - A results-driven individual with a go-getter mindset and strong ownership. - Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks within demanding timelines.
