Research and identify the right target audience/prospects for webinars
Send personalized outreach emails and follow-ups
Set up and coordinate calls/meetings to confirm participation
Maintain structured communication and timely follow-through Coordinate with internal team for creative, promotional, and technical support
Manage webinar setup, scheduling, invites, dry runs, and live execution
Track outreach, responses, confirmations, and attendance

Experience :

Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Experience in marketing, sales coordination, or client communication roles
