Job Description

Capgemini is looking for a Director to provide Marketing Operations services to its top fortune 500 clients. The role involves delivering Content Operations, Campaign Services, and Performance Marketing solutions to drive marketing and sales outcomes. As a results-oriented senior leader, you will be responsible for global delivery and client relationship management across multiple projects. If you are motivated by hyper growth challenges and enjoy impressing clients with innovative solutions, this leadership position is ideal for you. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring delivery excellence for all programs and accounts within the practice through robust governance and review mechanisms. You will focus on continual innovation to develop future-proof solutions for marketing functions, emphasizing industrialization, delivery process standardization, and reuse across marketing operations and digital marketing scopes. Additionally, you will be expected to develop use cases in generative AI and other relevant technologies for marketing process optimization. You will also play a key role in accurately forecasting revenue, head count, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization, with a strong emphasis on demand prediction and fulfillment. Representing Capgemini in client steering committee meetings, building executive relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction, and identifying business development opportunities will be integral parts of your responsibilities. Collaborating with Practice/Global Account Managers/AE/BDE to drive business growth across various industry verticals and market units will also be crucial. The ideal candidate should have at least 18 years of experience in a large marketing shared services or marketing service provider, with a proven track record in delivery management for global clients. A minimum of 10 years of experience in leading delivery teams, a good understanding of the latest technologies and platforms in marketing, and previous experience with international clients are essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-cultural teams are required for this role. In addition to focusing on the current programs within the market unit, you will be responsible for developing a strategic roadmap for the future in collaboration with AE/BDEs/Sales Leaders. Your role will involve looking ahead 2-3 years to ensure the delivery function runs efficiently and effectively. Previous experience in leading delivery in a recognized agency will be advantageous in this position.,
