You’ll work closely with our content, design, and production teams to manage marketing workflows, craft scroll-stopping content, and optimize performance across platforms. --- *Key Responsibilities & Skills:* 📱 *Social Media Content* Plan, manage, and publish content across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn with consistency and creative alignment. 🎨 *Marketing Materials Creation* Design assets using Canva, Adobe Suite, or Premiere Pro—ensuring brand tone and visual appeal across formats. 🤝 *Cross-Functional Coordination* Collaborate with internal teams (video, sales, design) to streamline marketing execution and stay on deadlines. 🧠 *Tech Stack & Data Management* Maintain marketing tools, organize digital assets, and ensure smooth backend workflows. 📊 *Reporting & Optimization* Track performance, generate reports, and provide data-driven suggestions to improve campaigns.

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and pitching Entertainment Solutions Brand Shoots and & for Live events. This will involve creating effective strategies, reaching out to potential clients, and managing the entire sales process from initial contact to closing deals. The Sales Executive will work closely with the talent and his team to ensure successful bookings and events. Skills & Knowledge: Proficiency in Verbal Communication and Cold Phone calling and emailing to secure deals with Clients. Drive sales through cold - calling, out-bound leads, email communications, LinkedIn, referrals and other direct marketing methods Usage of ZOHO CRM platforms, with a particular emphasis on Bigin, to manage and analyze customer interactions. Expertise in leveraging Whatsapp Business API, utilizing tools like AiSensy for automation, ensuring efficient client communication. In-depth understanding of LinkedIn as a Sales tool, tapping into its vast network for research, outreach, and deal closure. Familiarity with advanced Whatsapp Marketing strategies, harnessing its features to optimize sales conversions. Knowledge of video conferencing tools like Zoom or Microsoft Teams, crucial for virtual meetings and pitches in today's remote-working era. Awareness of influencer marketing platforms and strategies, given the nature of Rudraksh Singh's profession. Salary Range: 20,000 28,000/month depending on experience The role includes a performance-based incentive structure, offering a percentage of Net Sales generated beyond a defined threshold. This threshold will be set by the company, and the incentive applies to all deals directly handled by the Sales Executive.
