Role Overview

4 proactive Marketing Operations Interns

Key Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities (HubSpot & ZoomInfo)

  • Manage, clean, segment, and enrich contact databases using

    HubSpot

    and

    ZoomInfo

  • Build and execute

    large-scale, segmented email campaigns

    using HubSpot workflows
  • Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and ensure campaign readiness across databases

Marketing Automation & Outreach

  • Support email marketing activities using

    HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and Apollo

  • Create and optimize

    email sequences

    , nurture drips, and automated workflows
  • Track campaign metrics and generate analytics reports for leadership

Lead Generation & Enrichment

  • Conduct targeted prospecting and list-building across cybersecurity buyer personas
  • Own lead enrichment, validation, and qualification activities
  • Take accountability for measurable lead-generation outcomes

Event Coordination (CISO/CIO Events)

  • Coordinate logistics, communication, and outreach for virtual/in-person cybersecurity events
  • Manage invite workflows, reminder sequences, and post-event follow-ups

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing, SDRs, and Sales Leadership to ensure smooth execution
  • Support daily operational tasks within the GTM team
  • Maintain an ownership mindset and deliver high-quality, timely outcomes

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Strong hands-on experience with

    HubSpot and ZoomInfo

  • Familiarity with

    Apollo

    and email campaign automation tools
  • Strong analytical mindset with basic understanding of marketing metrics
  • Confident working with large datasets, segmentation, and CRM workflows
  • Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
  • Strong

    ownership mindset

    and willingness to take accountability

Good to Have:

  • Prior internship in marketing operations, sales operations, or growth marketing
  • Exposure to B2B SaaS or cybersecurity domains
  • Basic understanding of GTM operations
