As a Marketing Operations Developer / Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in bridging marketing strategy with technical execution within our POD teams. Your responsibilities will involve owning campaign orchestration, journey automation, audience segmentation, and process optimization. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient, compliant, and high-ROI marketing operations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Configure and maintain marketing automation workflows, journeys, and triggers in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar - Develop and optimize email, SMS, push, and in-app campaigns with dynamic content and A/B testing - Gather requirements from marketing stakeholders, translate into technical specifications, and prioritize backlog - Automate repetitive MarOps tasks such as data imports, list management, and reporting - Ensure campaigns and automations meet compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, consent management) - Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot delivery issues, and recommend optimizations - Build and manage audience segments, data extensions, and personalization rules using CDP integrations - Support monthly business reviews with MarOps insights tied to acquisition, engagement, and retention KPIs - Contribute to sprint planning and cross-functional alignment within the POD **Required Experience & Skills:** - 4+ years in marketing operations with technical and analytical expertise - Hands-on configuration in marketing automation platforms, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud - Knowledge of journey building, automation rules, dynamic content, and personalization - Strong SQL skills for querying and data manipulation - Experience in campaign performance analysis and reporting - Comfortable with agile processes, Jira, and stakeholder management - Proven stakeholder management skills across multi-vendor teams - Ability to ensure compliance in marketing communications You should be process-oriented, analytical, collaborative, and detail-focused while aligning with business outcomes like acquisition and retention. If you have experience in regulated industries, audience segmentation, data management in CDP environments, or integration experience, it is a bonus.
