Our flagship program (The Growth Zone) and proprietary methodologies (like RapidCore Transformation) integrate neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking.

Role & responsibilities

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Marketing Operations + Copywriting (50%)

  • Turn founder's voice notes/meeting recordings into client-facing copy (weekly emails, nurture sequences, value-add content)
  • Build marketing automations in GHL: email sequences, landing pages, opt-in pages, workflows
  • Co-create copy with founder to refine messaging (you're not writing strategy - that's our IP - but helping GET IT OUT into the world)
  • Maintain brand consistency: fonts, sizes, tone, formatting across ALL communications (if we use 16pt Verdana in emails, it's ALWAYS 16pt Verdana)
  • Use AI strategically to smooth copy AFTER initial ideas are down (never start with AI - it sounds robotic)

Voice-to-Action Translation (20%)

  • Listen to WhatsApp voice messages (our primary communication) and turn them into clarifying questions, task lists, ClickUp entries
  • Extract the actual tasks from 3-minute brain dumps
  • Help translate strategic concepts into compelling copy clients will actually read

ClickUp Management (15%)

  • When founder brain-dumps what needs doing, you organize it in ClickUp
  • Assign to correct person (mostly operations manager), set deadlines, track completion
  • Keep projects visible and moving forward
  • Understand that "just put it in ClickUp" is a real job that needs doing

Administrative Support (10%)

  • Email management: monitoring inbox, responding to routine inquiries, flagging what needs personal attention
  • Calendar management in GHL: updating availability, scheduling/rescheduling appointments, managing booking links
  • Client coordination: sending reminders, booking follow-ups (if time can't be found via calendar link)
  • Document organization: keeping Drive organized and findable

Quality Control & Project Coordination (5%)

  • Track what needs to happen when, follow up on deadlines without being asked
  • Flag bottlenecks before they become emergencies
  • Notice when something's off (wrong formatting, copy that doesn't sound like us, broken links)
  • Say "Hey guys, you missed something" when we do (and we will)

Current Priority Projects

  • Build lead gen assessment quiz in GHL to segment leads by sophistication level
  • Create email nurture sequences (we provide copy/strategy, you build in GHL)
  • Set up email nurture automation for 470 leads from recent summit
  • Implement lead magnet delivery systems
  • Manage ClickUp: turn brain dumps into organized, actionable tasks with correct assignments
  • Handle client renewal communications and "wow" implementation
  • Triage and manage founder's email/calendar
