Marketing Operations Assistant

As a Marketing Operations Assistant at Gain.pro, you will play a crucial role in streamlining marketing operations and driving impactful campaigns through data and technical excellence. You will directly report to the Marketing Programs Manager and collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams in London and Bangalore offices. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - Managing tech platforms such as HubSpot, Lusha, and Apollo to support marketing and sales processes. - Leading data enrichment, audit projects, and ongoing maintenance to ensure accurate and properly categorized CRM lead data. - Reviewing, enriching, and classifying inbound leads, supporting marketing qualification, and scoring processes. - Pulling targeted lists for campaigns and events, updating CRM post-event notes, and creating tasks for Account Executives. - Sourcing and managing address data for account-based marketing initiatives. - Monitoring and resolving email bounce records, ensuring accurate contact details. - Partnering with the RevOps manager to create and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards to track campaign performance. - Supporting the implementation of automated nurture sequences. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree or master's in marketing, business, or a related field; or relevant field experience. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing operations. - Experience with HubSpot and a marketing automation platform. - Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal. - Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication skills. - Passion for data-driven marketing and continuous learning. - Analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
