Marketing Officer

As the Student Engagement & Conversion specialist, your primary responsibility will be to interact with prospective students, both online and at local events. You will offer personalized counseling to guide them in choosing the right programs, and diligently track their progress from initial interest to enrollment in our CRM system. Your role will also involve organizing seminars and career counseling sessions at schools and colleges to strengthen our presence in the community. By establishing strong relationships with key institutions and individuals, you will contribute significantly to expanding our reach and increasing student enrollment. - Engage with aspiring students to provide personalized guidance and support throughout their enrollment process - Organize and conduct seminars, career counseling sessions, and promotional activities at educational expos - Collaborate with the central marketing team to customize campaigns for the Mangaluru audience - Monitor the academic market in Mangaluru, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging trends - Provide regular reports on leads and enrollments, ensuring targets are consistently met - Collaborate effectively with academic, admissions, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives Qualifications Required: - A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is essential; an MBA is considered a plus - 1-3 years of relevant experience in educational sales or marketing - Strong local network knowledge, particularly within Mangaluru - Fluency in both English and Kannada (written and spoken) - Exceptional communication, public speaking, and negotiation skills - Proficiency in social media and digital marketing tools - Self-driven, results-oriented, and enthusiastic about fieldwork,
