Job Summary

Below-The-Line (BTL)

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute BTL marketing activities such as product sampling, in-store promotions, roadshows, canopy promotions, and van campaigns.
Coordinate and supervise promoters, merchandising staff, and agency partners at the ground level.
Ensure effective in-store branding including POSM visibility, displays, and planogram compliance.
Work closely with sales teams to support secondary sales and retailer activation.
Identify high-potential outlets and markets for promotional activities.
Monitor daily execution and ensure quality and brand compliance.
Collect market feedback, consumer insights, and competitor activity reports.
Track promotion effectiveness and submit activity-wise reports and photos.
Manage BTL budgets and ensure cost-effective execution.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
2–5 years of experience
in BTL marketing / field marketing in an FMCG company.
Hands-on experience in ground activations, retail marketing, and consumer promotions.
Strong coordination, execution, and people-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai and nearby markets.
Good communication skills in
Tamil & English
