Job Description

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies to enhance the hospitals visibility, reputation, and patient engagement. This role requires a creative thinker with strong leadership and communication skills and experience in healthcare or service-oriented industries.

Role & responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and traditional platforms
Collaborate with physicians, departments, and leadership to promote services and programs
Manage website content, social media channels, and digital advertising strategies
Oversee internal and external communications, including press releases and newsletters
Plan and coordinate community outreach events and health awareness campaigns
Monitor market trends and analyze marketing performance metrics
Manage relationships with media, vendors, and advertising agencies
Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
Minimum of 5–10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related industry
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM platforms
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and patient confidentiality (HIPAA)
