Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Marketing Manager at Yuva Parivartan. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to align marketing activities with organizational goals. The individual will also be tasked with analyzing marketing performance metrics and adjusting strategies as needed to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications

• Experience in developing and executing marketing strategies
• Social Media Management and Digital Marketing skills
• Strong analytical skills for conducting market research and performance analysis
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in project management and coordinating marketing campaigns
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Previous experience in the non-profit sector is a plus
