Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and execute effective marketing strategies for ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to implement campaigns.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to enhance brand positioning.
Assist in planning project promotions, events, and digital marketing initiatives.
Ensure consistent branding and visibility across all platforms.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Must have strong marketing planning and execution skills.
Prior experience in the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
Based in or willing to work from Cochin.
