This role requires a balance of technical acumen and commercial strategy, focusing on customer engagement, proposal development, and tender management. Key Responsibilities: Drive sales and marketing strategies for wireless communication and defense-grade products. Develop and deliver techno-commercial proposals tailored to customer requirements. Manage tender preparation and submission processes with accuracy and compliance. Handle customer interactions, including technical presentations, correspondence, and negotiations. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities Desired Candidate Profile: 1. Bachelors degree in Engineering (preferably Electronics / Communication) or an MBA with a technical background. 2. 4to 7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in defense, aerospace, or telecom sectors. 3.
