Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. This role involves managing campaigns, analyzing market trends, overseeing brand communications, and coordinating with sales and product teams to achieve business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage the planning, development, and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, content, email, events, etc.).
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
  • Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, design, etc.) to align marketing efforts with business goals.
  • Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize campaign performance.
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics (lead generation, conversion rates, engagement, etc.).
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals or external agencies.
  • Coordinate with media, PR, and advertising partners for promotional activities.
  • Stay updated on emerging marketing technologies, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media, email, analytics).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for brand and content.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in [industry, e.g., FMCG, SaaS, e-commerce, real estate, etc.].
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation tools (Salesforce, Marketo, etc.).
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and agencies.
  • Knowledge of graphic design, content strategy, and UX principles is a plus.
