Job Responsibilities

Marketing and Communication Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Software Products and Company Branding

  • Define and refine the brand identity for the company and its software products.
  • Develop and implement integrated brand strategies to enhance market presence and recall.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints, online and offline.
  • Oversee design and content development for PR, brochures, videos, presentations, and other marketing collateral.

2. Marketing Communications

  • Plan and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns (email, events, webinars, PR, etc.) to support product launches and customer acquisition.
  • Create compelling content strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure technical accuracy and value-driven messaging.
  • Manage internal and external communications, including press releases, customer newsletters, and thought leadership articles.

3. Search Engine Optimisation (SEO)

  • Lead SEO strategy and implementation to drive organic growth across all digital platforms.
  • Conduct regular audits, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
  • Collaborate with content and web teams to improve on-page and off-page SEO performance.

4. Social Media Activities

  • Develop and execute social media strategy across platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and schedule engaging, industry-relevant content that boosts engagement and brand authority.
  • Monitor analytics to track performance and continuously optimize content.
  • Online reputation management on all platforms

5. Influencer and Portal Registrations

  • Identify, engage, and manage relationships with key industry influencers, bloggers, and digital platforms in the construction tech space.
  • Register products on relevant online directories, networking portals, and marketplaces.
  • Facilitate product reviews, guest posts, and partnership opportunities.

6. Digital Marketing Team Development

  • Build, mentor, and manage an in-house digital marketing team with roles in content, SEO, social media marketing, performance marketing, and analytics.
  • Define roles, set KPIs, and ensure continuous training and upskilling.
  • Coordinate with external agencies as required.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in SaaS, technology, or construction-related industries.
  • Proven track record in leading digital marketing teams and campaigns with measurable ROI.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, PPC, and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Experience working with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills

Preferred Skills

  • Knowledge of the construction industry or construction technology market.
  • Experience working with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zoho.
  • Familiarity with UI/UX principles and web CMS (e.g., WordPress).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
