Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Area Sales Manager to lead and drive sales in the assigned region. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team, achieving sales targets, developing dealer/distributor networks, and implementing sales strategies to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage retail and channel sales networks in the assigned area
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Lead and guide a team of sales executives
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and provide insights
Ensure timely collections and resolve customer issues
Conduct regular visits to dealers, retailers, and project sites
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (MBA preferred)
Proven track record in sales management
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience in LED lighting, electrical, or consumer durable sector is a plus
