Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute all online and display advertising campaigns.
• Design, build, and maintain the companys social media presence.
• Coordinate with vendors, negotiate quotations, and oversee project execution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
• Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Drive new customer acquisition for residential project stock.
• Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns.
• Oversee company branding, office/employee visuals, and branding elements.
• Develop and execute entry marketing strategies for new business initiatives.
• Design and implement campaigns for new business ventures.
• Manage and uphold brand identity across all mediums.
• Handle PR and communication for the groups business and new developments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 to 8 years’ experience in marketing including at least 2 years handing digital marketing
• Strong understanding of marketing tools, analytics, and strategies.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors and internal teams effectively.
• Creative mindset with a results-driven approach.
