Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present architectural design proposals to clients and stakeholders.

• Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and construction documents using CAD and design software.

• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to ensure structural feasibility and compliance.

• Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to design, budget, and timeline.

• Stay updated with zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.

• Conduct site evaluations and feasibility studies.

• Incorporate sustainable and environmentally responsible design practices.

• Modify and update designs based on feedback or site constraints.
