Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end accounting
and maintain all company financial files and records.
Prepare
Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
and manage all
vendor and other payments
.
Prepare
complete financial statements
of the company from the
Trial Balance
level, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Liaise with
Statutory Auditors
for timely completion of annual audits.
Coordinate with the
Company Secretary
for matters related to
MCA regulations
and filings.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of all
statutory returns
including
Income Tax, TDS, GST, Professional Tax (PT),
etc.
Prepare and issue
Form 16/ Form 16A
to employees and vendors.
Conduct all necessary
verifications and checks before processing payments
to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Prepare
Monthly MIS reports
in PowerPoint (PPT) format summarizing financial activities and key performance indicators.

Requirements:

Degree in
Finance
with CA or CA Inter
5+ years
of experience in end-to-end accounting and finance management, preferably in a small or medium enterprise.
Proficiency in
Tally ERP
, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Strong knowledge of
GST, TDS, Income Tax, PT
, and other statutory compliance requirements.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with accuracy.
