Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and control all construction-related drawings and documents.
Prepare and issue Document Transmittals (DT) to site teams for distribution.
Track and update the status of all submitted, resubmitted, and approved documents/drawings.
Distribute approved documents/drawings to the concerned departments and site teams.
Maintain and update the Drawing/Document Control Register as per the Document Control Procedure.
Establish and manage filing systems for easy identification, traceability, and retrieval of documents.
Lead and supervise the Document Control team; provide training on document control procedures.
Maintain original hard copies at Head Office and conduct weekly site visits to gather updates.
Resolve site-related document control issues and update progress in the server/system.
Keep track of RFA, RFI, DT, Material Transmittal registers received from site DC teams.
Report regularly to the Design Department Head on document control progress and compliance.

Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of document management systems & construction documentation.
Ability to manage multiple revisions, drawing logs, and transmittals efficiently.
Excellent coordination skills between site teams, HO, and design departments.
Proficient in MS Office, PDF tools, and document control software.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
