ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES: Identifying and reaching out to key stakeholder/ clients, generating outbound leads. Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals, including setting sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to achieve those goals. Monitor market trends, competitor products, and industry developments to identify opportunities for growth and product/service enhancements. Creating a clear sales funnel for the assigned vertical and use cases. Provides weekly reports on business development and sales activities, presents quarterly territory reviews and plans for next quarter. Track sales performance, provide regular reports to senior leadership, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve revenue targets. Owning accounts across entire sales life cycle, leading and nurturing sale closure. SKILL SET REQUIREMENT 10+ years of outbound sales in IT based Software product preferably. Sales Strategy and Execution: Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Client Relationship Management: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Expertise in preparing sales presentations and delivering to top level managers of clients, customers, and prospects.
