Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Security Marketing Manager to lead business development and marketing efforts for our security services. The role involves promoting our security solutions, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies and marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote security guard services, electronic surveillance, and manpower solutions
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through meetings, presentations, and negotiations
• Collaborate with operations team to design customized security solutions for clients
• Prepare and deliver business proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Monitor competitor activities, industry trends, and customer needs
• Achieve sales targets and expand company’s client base
• Manage promotional campaigns, events, and digital marketing activities
• Maintain proper records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing performance reports for management

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5–7 years of experience in marketing / business development in security services or facility management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Good knowledge of security industry trends and client requirements
• Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,851.68 per month
