Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote training programs, workshops, seminars, and other learning solutions. - Design lead generation strategies to attract individuals and businesses seeking training solutions. - Create compelling content for various marketing channels such as websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, brochures, and newsletters. - Collaborate with sales and product teams to align marketing strategies with company offerings and client needs. - Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies for improved lead acquisition and engagement. - Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and areas for program development. - Oversee the creation of case studies, client success stories, and testimonials to showcase the impact of training programs. - Manage the marketing budget effectively for campaigns and events. - Coordinate and execute online and offline events like webinars, conferences, or industry networking opportunities. - Optimize digital presence through SEO/SEM practices and monitor online advertising and social media campaign performance. - Engage with clients and potential clients on social media platforms to establish and maintain relationships for new business opportunities. - Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns reflect the company's brand values and effectively communicate the value of training programs.
